Camping Scarabeo

In Sicily, at a more Southerly latitude than Tunis, in the middle of Punta Braccetto bay, stands Scarabeo Camping. Built at the beginning of the 1970’s, and recently totally renewed, Scarabeo Camping is a resort for the chosen few. It is conspicuous for its order, calm, cleanliness and its careful maintenance, thanks to the excellent family management. It is possible, moreover, to stay in very nice small hauses with veranda, and or in static caravans equipped with private bathrooms. On arrival, the owners of the camping-site, offer guests an aperitif and specially selected typical local products. Just a few kilometres from the camping-site, it is possible to visit archeological sites such as Kamarina, Kaucana, the Castle of Donnafugata, and the Baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto ( part of Unesco’s ).
