Camping Li Nibari

Li Nibari Campsite, facing the Asinara National Park, occupies one of the most prestigious areas of the splendid pinewood of Platamona, a peaceful seaside resort. It can easily reached from Porto Torres, a town rich in pre-Nuraghe (Monte D'Accoddi) and roman (House of the Barbarian King) remains, with a beautiful cathedral dedicated to San Gavino. To the west it is possible to visit Stintino, a fishing village and tourist port with a stupendous sea. South-west of the campsite you can find the mining village of Argentiera, an authentic monument of industrial archaeology. By crossing a wild cliff-lined, inaccessible coast, of great natural beauty, you arrive at Alghero, the Catalan city which is the "historical" destination of tourism in Sardinia. Li Nibari Campsite, facing the sandy coast of Marina di Sorso, near a brand new water-park, offers the possibility of horse-riding, bird watching, jogging and surf-casting in a sea full of dory. To the east of the campsite, you can reach Castelsardo, a mediaeval village hanging over the sea, rich in history and handicraft tradition (basket-weaving) and coasting an extraordinary panorama -Valledoria, Badesi, The Red Island, Paradise Coast, Santa Teresa and the splendid Gallura made famous by the Emerald Coast. Li Nibari is an extraordinary starting point for the discovery of one of the most beautiful territories in the Mediterranean.
