Camping Lido Riccio

The camping located in Ortona in a very pleasant hill where the nature still preserve his savage beauty. The natural einvironment is like a mountain, while is far less then 50 meters from the beach reachable directly with an underground passage. The sea is clean and clear and there are wide sand areas followed by small rocks. Due to his typical dosplay, just on the lower slope of Mt Maiella, the camping shows, also in the worm summer time, a very fresh temperature, whose pleasure is really appreciated bu the guests. The camping is also a starting point for local trips to the beautiful old towns in the region, to the inner green holls full of vineyards and olive groves, to the high peaks of Maiella mountain (2200 mt) reachable in 1 hour with a comfortable road. The camping was recently restructured, and now there is also a wooded upper area for young guests who like moving tourism. Close to the camping there is a riding school where is possible to get lessons and to have wonderful walks by horse.
